When BBS Bank became Botswana's first home-grown commercial bank, the new identity had to reach every branch in the country. Fleetline delivered the rollout end to end — ten sites across eight towns, from the first branch in late 2023 to the last in October 2024.

Ten sites — exterior signage, ATM areas, interiors and vehicle branding
Bank of Botswana licensed BBS as a commercial bank in October 2022, making it the country's first home-grown commercial bank. What arrived with that was a new logo and a set of brand assets. Everything else — how the brand would be engineered, manufactured and fixed to real buildings — was ours to work out, starting with concept and prototype work through 2023. Thusanyo in Gaborone was first, installed over November and December 2023. It set the template every branch after it followed: exterior building and shopfront signage, the ATM area, teller walls, bank hall glass features, office cubicle branding and glazing, door labels, wallpaper graphics, window adverts, decals, trading hours and waiting-area frames. We engineered every signed element rather than just printing it. Building fascias, protruding light boxes, directional totems and illuminated lettering were designed for the structures they mount to and the weather they face. ATM dress panels and canopies were built around each machine and its surround, several with halo illumination so the sites stay findable after dark. Interiors ran to the details a bank is judged on day to day — glass manifestations and white-ink privacy treatments, printed wall murals, teller stations and reception areas, and the regulatory frames every branch has to display: tariff guides, Bank of Botswana notices and whistleblowing posters. The head office at BBS House took additional work beyond the branch template, including the Trading Room concept and balcony treatment. We also branded the bank's vehicle fleet — a Hilux, two Corollas and a Rumion. From Thusanyo the rollout moved out through Selibe Phikwe in March 2024, Palapye and Serowe by mid-year, Kasane in June, and Francistown and Maun in October — alongside the Gaborone Mall branch, Lobatse and the off-site ATMs. We still handle the bi-annual window advert refreshes across the network.
